Looking for a Master with experience in barge moves/towing/assisting. Minimum 720 days actual sea service. Vaccine certificate for COVID 19 with one of the flowing vaccines (requirement to enter KSA): * 2 doses of Pfizer BioNTech * 2 doses of Oxford AstraZeneca * 2 doses of Moderna * 1 dose of Johnson Johnson s Janssen Aramco approval for a tugboat or utility boat (non-DP) is a plus
