One of our client's will require a temporary Chief Engineer on their fishery research vessel in Aberdeen from 26 June, for 1 month. Please see the details below:
Vessel: - MRV Scotia
Position: Chief Engineer
Date from – Tuesday 26 June 2018 (Aberdeen)
End date: Thursday 26 July 2018 (Aberdeen)
Pay: £55,870 pro rata, Subject to Tax and National Insurance and paid leave.
Certificates required:
Certificate of Competency (Chief Engineer)
Medical Fitness (ENG1, unrestricted)
Proficiency in Survival Craft
Fire Fighting (advanced)
Medical First Aid
STCW2010 Refresher
Proficiency in Security Duties
Experience on a research vessel would be desirable.
Please note that this client will also require a Disclosure Scotland Certificate (the client will cover the cost for this).
All travel in the UK will be reimbursed
