Bachmann Recruitment will require engineering officers for small survey vessel operating in the North Sea. Vessel type: Survey Length: 20m Number of Main Engine(s): 2 Main Engine builder: Detroit Diesel Main Model: 8V92 Main RPM: 2100 Vessel flag: United Kingdom Tour rotation: Typically 3 weeks on/off Salary: TBD, subject to tax and NI Certificates required: 1. OOW Engineer Unlimited (UK CoC / CEC) 2. ENG1 3. Security Awareness / Proficiency in Designated Security 4. STCW Personal Survival Techniques, Basic Fire Fighting, PSSR (if necessary) – Refreshed to 2010 5. Medical First Aid or Elementary First Aid (Refreshed) 6. Crane Operator (desirable) This is a small 20m vessel with five engines similar to those for a lorry/truck.
