Cabin crew required for the 2021 Season Job Purpose: • Cabin crew ensure the Cabin and Passenger areas are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition. To work in designated areas as instructed by the Cabin Manager, such as food and bar outlets, duty free shop and provide an excellent customer service to all passengers and colleagues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain safety knowledge and awareness. • Maintain cabin tidiness and cleanliness at all times. • Cleaning and maintenance duties as required. • Ability to serve and interact with passengers. • Stock replenishment and rotation. • Carry out duties as required by the Cabin Manager. • Awareness of products/offers on board. Up-selling. • Till duties and accuracy counting. Requirement Qualifications/Education/Training: • STCW certificates Desirable • Customer Service Training Desirable Experience: • Retail experience Desirable • Food and Beverage service experience Desirable • Customer service skills Essential • Hospitality industry experience Desirable Knowledge, skills and competencies: • Excellent customer service skills Essential • Excellent communication skills Essential Personal attributes: • Confident positive manner Essential • Well groomed appearance Essential • Flexible and conscientious Essential Any other requirements (such as travel requirements, work environment and physical demands) • Valid travel documentation Essential
