The company is duly certified manning agency by Ministry of labour and Social Policy. With experience more than 14 years of work on Ukrainian crewing market the company has database of more than 15000 seafarers for different type of cargo vessels. All our sea specialists are high educated and passed special courses as per their rank, place of work and certified accordingly. Basis of our activity is detailed study of requirements of ShipOwner. -        Supplying ShipOwners with professional seamen. - Searching and screening the seamen as per ShipOwner request. - Checking the knowledge, certificates availability of seaman. - Coordinate the trip of seaman to the vessel. - Visiting of vessels with our crew. - Daily communication with Principals on crew supply tasks. - Communication with company’s partners abroad. - Marketing / Presenting the company within Maritime World. - Attracting of new ShipOwners to company’s service. - Communicate with seaman’s Family if necessary. - Other tasks assigned by company’s Management. - Developed and leading the English course for company's seamen
